A CirdecSongs Chat with Olivia Perez-Collellmir

One of the great things about reviewing and reporting about music is that there’s no shortage of musical talent to learn about. Regardless of genre, there’s an artist out there more than worthy of attention.

Such is the case with composer/pianist OLIVIA PEREZ-COLLELLMIR. Her debut solo album, Olivia, is set for release on October 4th. The album provides a wonderful array of music from a variety of sources, including Latin, jazz, and classical.

Olivia’s plays her piano with a deft touch, but there’s also more than a little raw passion and fire to be found as well. Hers is the sound of a true professional musician ready to step out on her own and make herself heard. We’re all lucky to be able to share it with her.
